Did you press validate after completing the form ?
Maybe you're using an old form .

What date does it say on the end of the form? IMM 5709 (06-2019) E

What does it say in the end of the form that you are trying to upload ??

Download this form , you might be using an old form perhaps .
Also press validate after you have finished filling up the form .

no i use the new form which i download from the CIC website when i validate it shows the form is successfully completed when you submit it please e sign the form
that’s it but when i try to upload it they said there are errors i don’t know why this is happening

Hello sir I want some help from you that my daughter in law now studying in one year program in Quebec state and her program will be completed in 31st December 2019 now she got LOA From university in Ontario state for Janu intake 2020 will be starting on 06 Janu 2020 ,so when she apply for extend study permit ,can she apply now ? Pls guide me.
