Can if apply for supervisa of parents while working on h1b usa?

Hello i am currently working on h1b and will be getting pr soon. I plan to keep working for another 2-3 years on h1b. while i work in usa i can still get supervisa for parents?

You cannot sponsor anyone while you are residing outside Canada.

No, but your parents can apply for a normal TRV (visitor). They can stay in Canada for up to 6 months at a time with that Visa, just like US B1/B2.
