It is very clear in the application that EI will be substrated from your LICO amount even if it is taxable. should put in the caveat that it is EI not related to maternity leave or disability.No. But EI is a taxable income as per CRC.

Did you see the Twitter correction when someone corrected the IRCC employee.@robertp
Few pages back someone mentioned, cic will count EI income and also accepted on Twitter. I also called cic call centre and agent told me same.
Sorry. Your application will be refused.No. But EI is a taxable income as per CRC. I thought cic is also counting ei as an income
No - do u have a picture?Did you see the Twitter correction when someone corrected the IRCC employee.
If you are referring me, I don't have unrealistic expectations and talking about the current trend. And yes IRCC recruited close to 70 extra agents this yr.People had these unrealistic expectations that files would be processed within a few months. CIC always said 13-24 months. Still plenty of 2018 applicants without PR yet. These things take time they raised the quota and have accepted almost 27K applicants. It is unlikely that the department grew dramatically to absorb the large volume of applicants from last year and this year. Don’t think that all PGP applicants will get PR in over a year but it takes 12 months to sponsor a spouse and 5-11 to sponsor a child. Brimming should be in line with these applications.
Most will be allocated to asylum cases. Replying in general but to the thread you were replying to.If you are referring me, I don't have unrealistic expectations and talking about the current trend. And yes IRCC recruited close to 70 extra agents this yr.
“These are very old posts but if you read the guidelines to filling out the financial evaluation forms it clearly says you must deduct EI (not maternity or disability related) from line 150 to qualify. Please reread the financial evaluation form.”Are you sure?
IRCC twitter media corrected themselves, but later deleted the tweet. Are you sure?
