HI All

I've received the ee ITA, I am living, working in QC right now.
After receive the ITA, when should I move out from quebec?
They gave me 60 days to summit all the docs, can I summit the docs first, then quit, and move to Ontario at the 70th day?

Or I have to move before I summit the docs ?

Thank you!

I think you'll be safe if you move out within the first month after your full paid application is submitted. The eligibility check starts after your medical passes, which is usually 45+ days from the day you submit your application.

You can then submit a case specific enquiry to inform IRCC of your new address (perhaps upload a copy of your new lease or a utility bill with your new address on it), and state that your move is proof you are not intending to reside in Quebec.

Hi

Is it possible that we stay in Ontario Airbnb for a few months while we are looking for an Ontario job and apartment?

Because I don't know if CIC will question me that I only want to stay short term in Ontario.
But I can't take one year lease without knowing where I will work....

If it is not about Quebec Nomination/stream~ I think you are free to live everywhere in Canada

Once you submit your application, you info is locked at AOR stage

Address info is not locked, you can, and are actually required to, notify IRCC of changes to your address or employment.
