Anyone waiting for decision on Paper application, India- Sep'19 intake

Hi,

I submitted a Paper study permit application at Delhi VFS on 14th June with upfront medicals and Biometrics same day. 76 days today, received 3 student acknowledgement letters mentioning "your application is being processed normally" (at 14, 14 and 12 days intervals), and nothing after that. Complete silence.
No decision till now, classes begin on 3 Sep. Please share your timeline for paper applications if you've not received a decision yet or even if you did. Will really help!

Got non sds offline refusal in 14 days on 14th August and Re-Applied non sds online on 17 th August and waiting for results

SDS or normal?

Its a Paper application so non SDS because SDS is only online. Although I qualify all the criteria for a SDS application I didn’t file it under that because of a certain other complication in my case.
