Thank you so much Bilal for your response
i would pay the few via that link. i dropped an email for more slots to be added, if they are not responding i would choose webforms.

Bilal has your application been processed post submitting 3 CSR's.

the LOE we should add in the slot provided to us in mycic account right telling them i have submitted 2 CSR with their numbers.

You're most welcome. Glad to be able to answer your questions.
They haven't gotten back to me yet, hoping to hear something good by June 2019.
I submitted my LOE via CSE, as my cic account does not have any option for me to upload additional documents for my PR application.

Regards,
Bilal

Same Issue. oversize files.

I am adding my spouse to an existing file as well (PNP inland), I received my medical already)

For generic form . its like 8 pages. Are we suppose to print them all, sign, scan and merge them back OR print just the last page and merge it?

Thanks buddy!
- what questionnaire are you referring to?
- no, i applied under CEC
- AOR was mid December 2018 and I added my wife by mid March 2019. Keeping in mind that my application was on halt as i was asked for RCMP security clearence in mid jan 2019, which i did not submit until mid March 2019, just before adding my wife to my application.

P.s. sorry for the delay i got occupied in other things!

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

For any forms that did not have Validate option, i believe i printed all pages, signed the last and then scanned them all. I took the 'just being safe' route.

Only generic form imm 0008 have validation option, but how that matters? Still, have to print it to sign. and when printing.. gotta print all pages. Am I missing something?

Hello everyone,
I am writing this enquiry regarding some queries which are hindering me from adding my spouse in my profile. Help would be greatly appreciated.

IRCC sent me an email requesting to fill the forms and include required documents, the forms and documents are as follow:-

A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
(If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
(If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
(If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
A copy of the family member's valid passport,
Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
A letter of explanation, and
If applicable, the proof of payment.

My question are as follows:-
1. In IMM 0008, do I need to print the form and hand sign the consent? Or the Electronic name typed at the bottom of declaration suffice the requirement?
2. Similarly, in form IMM 5669 and IMM 5406, there is no option to electronically sign those forms, do I need to colour print and hand sign both the forms and scan the forms and upload them?
3. Upfront medical examination is also completed; Shall I also include the IMM 1017B with the documents and forms requested by IRCC above?

Kindly help me out
Sincerely,
Best Regards

In my case,
1- After I validated the form, I printed all pages, signed by hand where required and then scanned the form for submission.
2- Printed the imm5406 forms (black/white) and then scanned them after signing. Note that eimm5669e I used stated the following,
'I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application.'
In which case, I electronically typed my full name and did not need to print then scan. If the 5669 form you are filling is not electronic or does not contain the above statement, then you will have to do what I did for imm5406.
3- As far as I remember, I did not submit it as it is something that the physician under IRCC panel does after you see them as per IRCC request. You may choose to submit it and in case you do, I would suggest you mention its inclusion in your letter of explanation.

All the best!!

Thanks aloott for the response Bilal!
Deeply appreciated
One more question which is haunting me for a while is that how do I fill the CSE form?

I am adding my wife in the ongoing process just like how you did. What do I fill in the enquirer information ?

If I understand your question correctly, you must fill the mendatory webform boxes with the info you and UCI (or client ID number) if you have it. Under 'your inquiry' box, just explain that you need to add your wife to the form and what do you need in order to do so. This is only possible if you got married after applying for your PR.
