"You do not meet minimum criteria", but score not available

Hi everyone, I'm really confused about something:

Right after I submitted my application for express entry, I received a notification that I do not meet the minimum criteria. When I check in the website, I can't see any score available, either in the Overall or breakdown session. So in this case, I don't understand what went wrong. Here are some additional details:

I posted my application yesterday evening (after 11pm est).
This morning I received an email from the government of Canada saying there's a new update on my application. Strangely, the email was sent at 11:53pm, which makes me think it was an automated message (but of course I can't be sure).

Language test taken (for IELTS, indicate whether general or academic): General Training

Score Listening: 8.0
Score Reading: 7.5

Score Speaking: 8.0
Overall band score: 7.5

Proof of funds (C$): 24000
# of family members (you + spouse + kids): 1 (just me)

Were you awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study? (required) ? No, for either masters and bachelors (could this be the problem?? should I have an ECA before applying?)

The longest period of continuous foreign work experience in one NOC in the last 10 years: 2 years 5 months
Number of hours per week: 20
NOC Code: 4012 (post sec teaching and research assistant - I am currently working as an Engineer, so my current work is NOC 2133, which I also input. IN this NOC I only have 8 months of experience so far, though. The 4012 is relative to my experience as graduate research assistant during my Master's). I also uploaded work I did as undergraduate research assistant, which was a type of internship (i.e. prior to the date I registered as when I was awarded the license to exercise this function. I'm wondering if this could be also an issue).

Sum of Canadian work experience in the last 3 years: 0 (no Canadian experience)
Number of hours per week: 0 (no Canadian work experience)
NOC Code(s): N/A

This is the problem right here.
The answer is NO for sure but you need to give them an equivalency for your education.
Get an ECA to be eligible.

Thank you for the info! I was panicking when I saw it had been rejected. It didn’t occur to me that not having it at this time would cause an automatic rejection. I’ll work on the ECA next.

I also experienced this on Saturday.Then yesterday evening I got an email saying my application was updated yet it's still the same.I am now trying to submit my application again but I'm still stuck on my old one.Any idea how I can start again or do I need to create a new account?
