You can't change it to "accompanying spouse" since your score (431) is below the cut-off range of OINP for Aug 1.

Your profile will be ineligible if you make this change, and your NOI will be invalid.
@13nitinsharma

Hi Nitin I have a question or you. For PR application did you submit the bank statement and other proof of compensation documents that you submitted for ONIP ?

@13nitinsharma Thanks Nitin.

How about the the documents that we submitted for ONIP as proof of compensation ? Do we have to upload that as well? we had shown the salary statement for ONIP.
Please see below, what all work documents are required:

WORK EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTS LIST
• Job Roles & Responsibilities Reference Letter
• Appointment Letter
• Salary Slips (Any Three, per Year)
• Account Statement showing Salary Credit (Any Three, per Year)
• Promotion Letter (if any)
• Salary Increment Letter (if any)
• Income Tax Returns (Assessment Year XXXX - XXXX)
• Form No. 16: XXXXXX Private Limited (Assessment Year XXXX - XXXX)

1 - Yes
2 - Online, unless they ask you for specific documents to be submitted
3 - This is available on the portal

Further refer to https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream
http://www.mri.gov.on.ca/repository/oinp_en_hcp.pdf

Please don't get me wrong but the questions you asked have already been asked on this forum, and the information requested could have been easily found with a little search.

Hi,
Following is with regard to OINP application :

For ECA done by CES do I need to order for additional copy of ECA for OINP ? As per OINP guide for CES it says to provide a copy of ECA (which I believe means upload a copy on the portal) and ECA authorization (which I have already done and also received acknowledgement email from CES).
But few of my friends (who have their ECA done by WES) say that I have to order additional copy for OINP as well .Since they are not sure about CES so its still a confusion for me. Anyone please guide if anyone know about ECA from CES. Thanks

• Promotion Letter (if any)
• Salary Increment Letter (if any)
• Income Tax Returns (Assessment Year XXXX - XXXX)
• Form No. 16: XXXXXX Private Limited (Assessment Year XXXX - XXXX)
Where this list of documents is coming from?

The instruction on their website says:
1) Copies of your employment/work experience reference letters (mandatory)
2) Copies of your work contracts (optional)
3) Proof of compensation (mandatory)

  • Documentation to verify that you were paid for all periods of work experience stated in your application. This may include copies of pay slips for the first and last month of each period of work experience, bank statements showing salary deposits for the first and last month of each period of work experience, income tax documents, or letters from employers verifying that your employment was paid and the annual salary/hourly wage. These letters must explain why documentation to verify compensation for work performed is not available.
4) Canada Review Agency statements (mandatory, if applicable)

  • Copies of your Canada Revenue Agency T4 Statements of Remuneration Paid and Notice of Assessment (NOA) statements (if applicable) for all periods of work in Canada stated in your application. Note: Please ensure that you redact, or black out, your Social Insurance Number so that it is not visible.
5) Regulated Occupation (mandatory, if applicable)

  • If your work experience was in a regulated occupation, include a copy of your licence or authorization.

How long does it take to go through the OINP to be nominated? How long does it take to go through the EE stream if you have been nominated?

About 2 months from date of applying depending on after how many days you applied

Depends on factors not known to me.. some have got it in 2 months.. some on this forum are waiting for 10 months now..

Thank you, so does it mean the sooner you apply after their interest the faster you get the invitation?
