Dear All
My mind is in a mild frenzy right now, so please help me out. I have completed my express entry profile yesterday. I have some gaps in my work history as I was preparing for some government bank jobs, also for the rest of time I was giving private home tuition to kids.Barring this I have experience of three years which I have entered in work history of my EE profile to claim points. Where should i mention the gaps in the work history? I don't want to withheld any information but I cannot see personal details section anywhere. Do I have to mention this employment gaps in EE profile before receiving an ITA? If yes where?

Hi,
After receiving ITA you can update in your personal history for the gaps.
You can mention either unemployed/preparing for interviews and jobs etc. Your personal history must not have any gaps from the age of 18 or last 10 years.

Thank you so much for your reply. So I don’t have to fill in the details of gap now in ee profile as I haven’t yet received an ITA?

Yes at EE profile stage just mention your work experience.
Post ITA you will have to fill personal history, work history, travel history. In personal history make sure there are no gaps.
