My girl friend is in Canada,I was once married in the US. I abandoned the marriage and came back to my home country, I have been seperated from my wife for 5 years and I can’t get divorce in my home country because judge said my marriage was in the US hence it’s impossible to get a divorce here. While I was here I met a girl from Canada and we started talking and dating she visited me twice here in my home country but could only stay for 90 days. I recently tried to get a visa to visit her in Canada and I was denied.Just regular ineligibility. I want to know if I can qualify for conjugal sponsorship.Thank You

Have you been together for at least a year? What evidence do you have that you have a marriage-like relationship? Do you have shared assets? Shared bank accounts? What else?

Did you meet in person at least one year ago? If not, you will want to wait until it's been at least a year since you first met in person. Also, the evidence you have right now only really shows you are dating. You generally want stronger evidence to show conjugal (e.g. joint assets, bank accounts, etc.).

Why are you and your ex wife not getting divorced in the US? Your situation has a lot of red flags. Was this a marriage for immigration purposes? It seems like you did apply for asylum in the US. You also misrepresented yourself on a previous TRV attempt which may have been around the time you entered the US to claim asylum. Expect a lot of scrutiny if you apply for sponsorship.

Please stop all this assertion,My marriage was not for immigration purpose..I never filed for permanent resident when I got married in the US ,If you are not here to answer questions whole heartedly ,Kindly skip my question and let someone who wants to answer to them
Honestly do..Don’t judge me for what you do not know,I could have applied for permanent residence in the US if all I wanted to Do was to evade immigration rules, I had the chance to be a resident or persue my asylum claim,I left the US because situation in my home country had changed and my wife cheated on me 2 weeks after marriage, Dont judge me if you don’t know my story.I never misrepresented on Any TRV previously.Dont accuse me of what you do not know .

That's good. I still think you need to build stronger evidence of a conjugal relationship before you apply. This is supposed to be a "marriage like" relationship where you have shared assets / bank accounts, have each other named as beneficiaries, etc. - not just photos together like a couple who is just dating.
