medical Exemption

hello all
i'm new to here if you think this thread not related to this forum section guide me i post it other section

i have medical exemption [ Epilepsy or seizure/epileptic seizure] but never i have problem now every things show healthy and without any problem

is it possible if i am eligible for applying immigration process (you consider EE) any problems will make for me?or rejection will be happen ? based on this exemption

Think you are confused about the meaning of exemption. If you no longer have seizures yes you will likely qualify but you will likely need to provide more information from your neurologist updating your health status and how long you have been seizure free and what was your disagnosis and symptoms before you got better.

This kinds of neurologist involved in which category? ...i think non of them
but still should verify .....
My question was is it possible this exemption lead to rejection ?

what will happen if You exempt from military based on this problem but you never had and have this [never] ..May ask how possible you got this ? Yes this kind of neurologist is rely on conditions maybe You are angry your electroencephalogram (EEG) shows something BADLY and doctor recognize now you have problem ...but totally you don't have

As for medical exemption if understand correctly , maybe misunderstood, this was possibly to exempt you from military service so any exemption for such a purpose only relevant for that purpose and not relevant at all for Canadian immigration who will make any decision based on the assessment by the panel doctor who may or may not include extra tests based on medical history declared by you.

If you are serious about Canada immigration all you can do is to go through with the medical with an authorised panel doctor answering any questions about medical history honestly and leave it to IRCC to decide on whether any condition identified could be an excessive demand on Canada health care system. Anything else on this public forum would just be speculation about any outcome.

Note you should be honest about medical history where asked to declare given not doing so would be misrepresentation if discovered later leading down a whole different path , possibly even a ban

main fact is why i have to say something which is never exist inside me , but i exempted my military based on this kinds of exemption , Let me i clarify : i exempt military services because of epilepsy but never i had it before i never had seizure even 1 time in my life , Why i got that card that time ? if i want to be honest possible i did one thing that report showed different
if officer asked have you ever had a experience before and with those experience you acted out for exemption
Yes 1-2 years before i did same things , 2 nights you don't sleep electroencephalogram (EEG) will change in result
important question is officer will accept based on humanity and trustworthy ? if not No problem ask for re verification or test again !!!i think it can be more logical rather than you express something that you never had it before in your past life

From what I interpret is that he lied earlier in his life to avoid military service, he actually does not have this condition. So now if he applies and he does not include this condition that he does not have but declared earlier in his country, what are the ramifications.

To be honest im not 100% sure what you wrote there, but can you not get tested again and do another set of medicals and these medicals show you are now clear?

They fully have the right to deny immigration to someone who has misrepresented themselves previously. This is why it's important for you to be truthful in your application now and go get checked.

Yes they asked for military services Card and clearly on it write what is problem
