Anyone got request to upload CV? Why CIC needs CV/Resume?

I'm a Phd student too and I have one dependent, my spouse. Also, my eligibility and background check are both in process at the same time. Neither is clear yet. I have a student visa but outside Canada. I wonder if I can order gcms notes

Congratulation. Thanks for sharing your timeline. Which day did ask for your CV? And what information did they ask you to provide in your CV?

I called CIC what CV I should submit and the agent said I just need to submit the CV as same as I apply job
No update for me. The status of my file is still we are reviewing ...... what about you?
