I have received my notes that shows in the Case Analyst sections "Recommended Pass" (below) however, in the activity section there are 2 wired activities (namely activities 1 and 6 below). The other activities in between (activities 2-5) are normal (below). My concern is the contradiction between the "recommended pass" (in the case analyst note and activity no 1) vs the "review required" in the activity no.6. Would you please let me know if this means that I'm under review required? and for what?

Also, my primary office is Edmonton, secondary is Vancouver while in the activity no. 6, the activity is done by CIO, does that mean that CIO has revised my

I hope you're doing well. I need some help from your end with regards to NOC code 6235. I possess a 2.8 years of banking experience as a solution manager, where my job roles and responsibilities falls under NOC code 0122 and 6235 as well. Moreover, I've worked for 5 months as a sales representative in one of the Australia Marketing company, where my role was to sell credit cards for non banking financial institution. These roles and responsibilities falls under the category of NOC code 6235. My question is if I opt code 6235 to enter my application into the pool then does experience working as a sales representative for marketing counts as valid or not? Marketing company had the contact to sell credit cards for non banking financial institution. Is it mandatory to work in the banking or financial institution in order to claim work experience points under NOC code policy?

Now, I have secured the updated bank certificate + statements and uploaded these documents via WebForm.

My question is will the updated funds documents be considered by the IRCC or would there be any trouble coz of less funds in the initial submitted application. Thanks

If you've already mentioned in the LOE that you couldn't get it and then provided it then I don't think it should be a problem. But ofcourse, the decision is completely at the discretion of the agent checking your case.

There is no script, just ask about the status of your application. If the call centre rep does not provide details, then politely ask for it.

section 39 of IRPA states:

39 A foreign national is inadmissible for financial reasons if they are or will be unable or unwilling to support themself or any other person who is dependent on them, and have not satisfied an officer that adequate arrangements for care and support, other than those that involve social assistance, have been made.

If you submitted a LoE, the discretion is on the officer reviewing your file.

There are two aspects of claiming points.

1. You have to show 1 year of full time work experience in your primary NOC. This work experience does not have to be recent.

2. For the remaining, you can have work experience in any NOC, and you can claim points for a combination of different NOC.

So select your NOC accordingly.

Also, when you select the NOC, the job duties matter, not the designation or title you have. Also the educational requirements are irrelevant.

The activities refer to the different steps your application is going though at different stages with activity 1 being the most recent. The activity 6 is by CIO, where R10 happens, so a RR, there is not a big deal. Also, the note at CPC is what is relevant and you can compare the dates of the activity with the note.

As long as the most recent note has no RR or no concerns, your application is progressing well.

Also a RR is not a cause of concern. RR is generally mentioned indicating an officer to look into it carefully before making a final determination.

I received the a request letter for RPRF under additional documents and I paid it the same moment and transmitted the receipt. And its been this way since the last week. Also I had a 7 day grace period under which I had to pay my fees. Does this information help me in any case?

I tried contacting IRCC through the 613 number but keeps disconnecting due to high volume of calls.

After you submit your documents, it takes 1-3 weeks for it to be added to your application and reviewed.

Hello Everyone!

I have received an ITA but I am going to decline it.

The reason being I made several errors in my EE application with respect to work experience. I forgot to mention a job experience completely for points and I entered the duration of another job wrong.

Post declining ITA, I am going to make several changes to the work experience section of my profile and then submit for an ITA again.

I'm just worried they'll see my previous ITA with several differences from the first ITA, review it harshly and even deem it as misrepresentation.

Any advice anyone? @legalfalcon

This is not misrepresentation. Only after your submit an application to IRCC does that count as having filed an application with IRCC. Creating a profile and receiving an ITA is not applying. You will have to answer a questions where you will be asked if you have applied before. So if you never submitted an application, your answer will be no. Similarly, if you never applied, there is no question of misrepresentation.

I do have a job. Hours, salary, NOC, duties and all that is explained in a letter from my manager. It does not have a LMIA though. Is just the letter enough?

If it an offer, or have you joined it?

If you received your PR under FSW without a job offer, then you will have to show PoF, which can be the same you showed when you submitted your application.

If you had a job offer and you were exempt from PoF, then you can how the offer letter.
