AINP declined, sponsorship common law

hello, so I applied for AINP few months ago but I got declined because during the time they assessed my application I wasn't working but I am applying for pr by family sponsoring, would it affect my application?

If you can prove that you are common law being refused once shouldn’t be an issue.

They would delay your application because of that refusal and the timing, however as long as you have a genuine relationship as in common law you would be fine.

yes, but i am now applying as common law.
