Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

how long it takes to get pr card after lending? I called cic they told me 12 days. Is not it 4-8 weeks?
I sent my passport on Aug 23

Hey what tym they sent ppr usually in the day
I got dm on ecas
But not ppr yet

But i ve only received one tracking number when i sent out my passport. So is it any different tracking number for the return or where can i find it. My application was approved on aug 22

Hi. On every envelope you have a specific tracking number. I took a photo of the second envelope that I sent. so now I can track it. but its not activated yet

It will be on the receipt which you got from Canada post

As far as I know its the easiest way. But you can try to call CIC. They may provide you this number
