Married after PR application submission

Hi all,

I submitted my PR application 22nd July as a single applicant and got married day before yesterday. Marriage registration in council is in process.

Could someone guide me:

1) How do i inform IRCC? what is the email id? or should i just update my application directly?
2) Should i wait for the marriage certificate first and then inform IRCC?
3) how do i add my spouse to my application?

Raise a CSE via the webform and inform them about the change.
