EEBC, Outland, applied in March, Still waiting, Anybody get the same situation?

It's been over 5 months since I applied for EEBC in March. Provide additional documents in Jun.26. My employer sent an email to ask and get the feedback, My application is being processed. Why does it take so long to get nomination? Got frustrated

BTW, my program advisor is Gerna.
