Question regarding us visa- refugee in canada

I entered to Canada through a boarder in land my sister is Canadian citizen born in Canada I was in USA as tourist under visa b1/b2, if I withdraw my refugee claimant , do I loose my USA tourist visa ? I'm asking bc a cousin in 2009 he was denied his refugee claimant and he didn't loose it ... Just wondering

If you lose your asylum case you may have a lot of difficulty entering the US and yes you could lose your visa or not get a visa next time. Having a visa doesn’t mean you are guaranteed entry into the country. You can always be denied at each POE. We have seen those who have crossed the border from the US lose their visa because they misled the US authorities when they entered the US without the intention of visiting the US and returning home. Things have changed a lot in 10 years and there is a large volume of asylum applicant crossing over from the US. If you are from Morocco your chances of getting asylum are pretty low.
