How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

I had a passport submission call on 23rd of July and my child passport was expired so we renewed it and then went to VFS office in bangalore and submittef the passports on 6th of August .Till now we have not received the passports back with visa.
Kinldy guide me on the reason for delay

My wife submitted hers on july 19 and still waiting for them to return her passport....

There is nothing you can do to expedite, however folks have reported their applications being processed faster based on presented travel plans. No guarantees though.

i got study visa approved and was requested to submit passport...so i submitted passport on 24 sep in vfs global jalandhar...and it reached canada visa office on 25 sep..i got tect msg on 25 that is it undr process at IRCC office chd...aftr that i haven'TV get any mail..does anybody know that whether embassy take too much time for stamping stdy visa too??
