My ircc agent needs to be fired... they are clearly incompetent

Outland October app here . No aor. 3 requests for our marriage certificate in jan Feb and march(emails) never received called to find out requests each time . Was sent with applications each request thereafter.
Medical requested April 11.
SA april 18. Medical done April 22.
Additional medical for psych report may2 (for adult non accompanying dependant) report sent.
Bgc started may 27.
Called to ask what's going on nearly July. Get told they only have psych report for my son not the medical

July 24 receive final notice for medical for son... Medical still not passed... they lost the medical.. I'm so flaming angry... 4 requests for address change ignored. New 0008 sent with new address and changing son from accompanying too non accompanying as he doesn't want to move to a country that he feels is treating him like a criminal... was a even sent a request for info by the agent on the phone too change my address as my app is in Mississauga. Address still not changed... moved June 16. And telling them since... told to send via web form no change... ( the agent is a clearly incompetent ... 3 requests for marriage cert now this and loosing the medical... )

He has recovered from the ptsd his own father gave him when he nearly killed him.. he is the victim not a criminal . My application still says medical required. Cic have blocked calls completely from overseas even through foreign affairs Mississauga do not answer emails and the web form is completely useless. I can't afford international schools fees for my daughter and live with my son. So my husband can't even visit me. . I want to just scream. 2 years we have been married and still I'm stuck in this hell. How can they treat people like this.. it's inhumane ... My son will never come too Canada... he hates being the reason his sister and I can't go.. and being treated like this by a country that's probably worse then our own. Financially alot worse kids make more in Australia then adults over there .

We gain nothing by moving to Canada except being together as a family. he is 19 has his own house a job a girlfriend and worked hard to make himself well.. still in the eyes of these idiots we are in this limbo . Now moving my family won't be together and I blame ircc for that. Hubby coming here means his son is left behind and now thanks to whatever idiot agent has fumbled through and royally screwed my application. My son will be... reuniting families is not important to ircc.. ruining families is what they do

I can see that you're angry and frustrated. Have you tried contacting your MP's office? Your husband is Canadian, so he should go to the MP's office and talk to them. That often helps.

However, when he speaks to them, it would be best not to call IRCC names or curse them. Just give them the facts and see what they say. If they write a letter to IRCC, you are very likely to get a proper response and your file may move forward.

The agent i Called early July told me they have everything else is completed. Bgc is done.

They have the medicals for my daughter and I cleared and dated for April 28. They have my sons psych report. But they don't have his medical. Done the same day and time. It's crap. He also told me there is no record of my requests to change my address so sent my a request for it which I submitted... the person working on my file is a bafoon. They got the same thing from us 4 times before sending the medical. It's a joke.

As my file is in Mississauga web form is how the requests were made.

We don’t know what is the system’s fault versus the visa officer. Would also encourage your husband to contact their MP. Your son’s medical would have been done by a GP not a psychiatrist. You can have the GP send the medical again. Just a suggestion but your son must only know that his medical is delaying the process because you have told him so. You should perhaps have kept that between you and your husband. Don’t think you can blame Canada for his feelings that your son is preventing your family from reunified.

Never get angry at immigration, you are just asking for problems and it might delay things. It's better to keep your cool and everything will fall into place, your application is still in the normal one year processing time. I doubt they lost the medical, ask your Dr that did the medical and if they sent it to CIC, I also had issues with our panel of physician and I did not stop bothering them until I received confirmation that it was sent, our medical was received late. Nobody mentioned about ordering your GCMS notes, you should have done this a few months back if you did not already do it. I doubt there are mistakes in your application, but I understand that you need some action because the one year processing time is near. I hope things work out for you and you could be reunited as a family soon but you must understand that your application is not straightforward.

Maybe it works insulting your own country , but probably not the wisest idea to insult the country you’re trying to go too , no matter how frustrated you are. Hope you seriously didn’t call the agent names , or put down Canada, see how that goes for you

The spelt Australia Austrlia in my old address and never fixed it and I have notified them now 4 times I have moved in June and they haven't changed my addess

Order your notes before making accusations and you will see what is actually happening... Is your husband the representative? or you are your own representative?

Your son's medical issues would not stop the app. Spouses and dependent children are exempt from Excessive Demand and his PTSD would not be considered a danger to public health. Medical furtherance requests are common and no one is treating him like a criminal.

From your previous posts, they requested a different version of the marriage certificate than what you sent. As you never received emails, the only confirmation you have of the repeated requests is the IRCC call centre; they are notorious for providing wrong information and could very easily have seen the same request each time.

The medical is uploaded into the system by the Panel Physician's office. If it couldn't be found by IRCC, it was likely the office's mistake.

Many people don't get AOR, emails often go to spam, email addresses can have an error, etc.

The file transfer emails are a minor annoyance but have no effect on the processing of the app.

People make spelling mistakes, not a big deal. Just because the address isn't showing in your account doesn't mean it hasn't been updated in IRCC's system. My partner's address didn't change until the app was approved.


There is nothing unusual about the timeline or progression of your app. Request GCMS notes.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I'm a bit confused. What's the point of spouses and dependent children even taking a medical test at all if it has no bearing on the final decision? I assumed that Excessive Demand was the sole purpose of the test.
