NBI written explanation and court case document required

If you don’t mind me asking ano ba ung nadismissed na kaso ng husband mo?
Ung dismissal order lang ba nakuha nyo sa court? Or kasali din ung mga trial documents? Plus own explanation at nbi explanation. Thank you.

Yes, yung dismissal order and case document. Wala naman trial kc na nangyari so walang trial documents.

Then we submit to NBI yung dismissal order and case document para magawan nila ng explanation letter coming from them. After 3 days mo makukuha yun upon submission of documents.

Then affidavit of explanation ng husband ko.

Evaluate kc nila yung mga documents kung gaano katagal at kabigat yung case. Isa din kc ito sa pwedeng maging dahilan ng refusal ng application. Ito yung kasama sa background check nila.

Dito sa atin sa pinas kc, as long as nakakakuha ka ng NBI clearance ang undersranding natin is cleared tayo or walang case under our name. Pero sa CIC and even sa US din if ang nakalagay sa NBI clearnce mo is NO CRIMINAL RECORD it means merong previous case, convicted man o hindi.

Submitted NBI Requirements : May 15, 2019
Request for Passport : Aug. 5, 2019
Passport Submitted : Aug. 9, 2019
Passport Collected : Aug. 12, 2019
PDOS : Aug. 22, 2019
Landed in Canada : Sept. 25, 2019

We are 4 in the family (Me as principal applicant, my husband and 2 kids as my dependent.)

I have the same case when I applied for spousal sponsorship. Nandito na ko sa Canada, so I guess don't worry about it. As long as dismissed na ung case and may documents kayo everything wil be alright

Hi newbie here…same case din po. Ask q pang regarding sa sagot nio sa working application permit sa subsection 16 (1) “if u have been commited, arrested or charged in any case.” Ano po ang answer nio NO or Yes. Very confiuos po aq very generic ang question. TIA

Hi,

Nung nag-request sila as akin ng bagong NBI clearance nagsubmit na din ako ng court documents ko.
Ung comment kasi as NBI ko is "No Criminal Record". Nag-request sila ng Nov 10, 2016 and nag-submit ako ng bagong NBI clearance, court docs, letter of explanation ko and explanation letter ng NBI on Nov 12, 2016.

Then, I got my pre-arrival services email on Dec 12, 2016 and got my PPR letter on Jan 16, 2016.

Just for everyone's info, di ko na hinintay na mag-request ang CIC sa akin Ng court docs and written explanation from me and NBI. Binigay ko lang sa NBI email ng CIC na may instruction, I think un ung email na they received our application.


"For Philippines police certificate:
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance must be issued within the last six months.

If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit:
• Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of the charge, date when the charge was filed and the disposition of the charge

• Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to the criminal charges listed on the NBI certification
• Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgments."

No worries. Kabado din ako dati kasi iniisip ko ung case na un, tapos hindi pa ako makakita ng sagot if may na-approve ba ng same situation ko...kaya may feeling ako na kailangan ko i-share para lumakas loob niyo na may pag-asa pa...
