Hey Guys,
Encountered a TRV Refusal in regards to online application applied from Mumbai.

Applied on 10th Aug 2019
Biometrics request on 11th Aug
Biometrics done and updated on 13th Aug
Correspondence letter 16th Aug
Rejection letter on 19th Aug

I applied again on the same time after few hours of refusal as i felt the reason given was invalid and was just meant to refuse the application by VO.

Refusal Reasons:
all with 179B
purpose of visit
not satisfied il leave canada looking at canada ties and country of residence(my wife is on a work visa and i wanted to visit her)
as well assets

I applied with a strong cover letter on 19th August 2019 as well as explaining and trying to convince that i have no intentions to be there as i have come from New Zealand studying back to India and i have no intentions to settle anywhere else.

The point of Stress is, as i applied back on 19th Aug, there is no update on my application. Can anyone please suggest or help?

I don't mean to offend you, but it looks like you'll get another refusal.
You should have at least addressed the reasons why your visa was rejected before you applied for another TRV. A strong cover letter with a statement that you have no intentions to overstay in Canada will not get you a visa. A valid purpose, strong ties (job, family, assets, home) and financial capability to travel will do. The same 3 things you did not meet that is why your visa was refused.

My take on why you were refused:
You may not have the intention to live in Canada. But the visa officer thinks otherwise. Their natural assumption is that you would want to stay and live with your wife as long as she is in Canada. That is why the purpose and not satisfied you'll leave Canada are stated as a ground for refusal.
As for the family ties in Canada and country of residence, it means your ties to Canada are too strong and you haven't demonstrated strong enough ties to your home country.
Ties to Canada > Your wife
Weak ties to India > The fact that you stayed in New Zealand while your wife is in Canada shows that nothing is holding you back to India. No reason to go back to India as well if given a chance to go to Canada.
As for the assets, the money in your bank might not be enough.Your bank account should show that you have a steady source of income.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. Really appreciate it.
Yes this time I did submit a very strong explanation letter saying that I have got leaves approved only for 2 weeks and I have no intentions of staying there forever, it's just gonna be a matter of two weeks. I have shown my itinerary as well with hotel bookings with her and my name mentioned as well and did mention that I shall be going with her at Edward Island where she stays and be there for a week.

I wish you the best of luck and hope I am wrong.....however that leave letter and hotel books really bear no weight. We all know that if the intention was to stay in Canada no leave letter would force you to go back.

Ohh, so in case a rejection, what do you think i should be adding to make my file more strong?
What is the best way to prove that i shall be coming back and have no intentions of staying back

Get the CAIPS notes so you'll get the picture.

But I already told you why your were refuse.
1. You may not have the intention to live in Canada. But the visa officer thinks otherwise. Their natural assumption is that you would want to stay and live with your wife as long as she is in Canada. You said it yourself in New Zealand she stayed with you and now that she is in Canada you want to go there.
2. Your ties to Canada (which is your wife) is too strong and you haven't demonstrated strong enough ties to your home country. The fact that you stayed in New Zealand shows that nothing is holding you back to India. You just returned to India and now you want to go to Canada.
3. The money in your bank might not be enough.Your bank account should show that you have a steady source of income.

Just confused that the last application was refused in 6 working days and this application has taken 10 working days.

Yah I know. Just being positive for a while and then will make my file more stronger.
1) working with the 3rd largest growing company in hospitality industry of the world
2) at a good designation and salary
3) as well mentioned that have no intentions to be there as I have to come back and stay with my family back here .

Approved. Asked for passport.
Congratulations, please share your timeline. This proves that if you have confidence in yourself you can achieve anything everything regardless how negative opinions you get , though people do share their views but you always have to be positive.
