Hello,

Can anyone help with specific public Canadian Universities or Colleges they know that are TUITION FREE or offer some of the lowest tuition fees one can find?

I prefer public schools because they grant each graduating student eligibility for PGWP. That's very critical, along with the funding issue.

Thanks.

It is almost impossible to find tuition free universities. There are, however, affordable universities out there.

University of Calgary : Amazing research public university with very low cost. $28,000 a year with a lot of scholarship opportunity. I'm only paying $22,000 for my first year there.

University of Saskatchewan : Also very low cost, well known institution.

Memorial University of Newfoundland : One of the lowest international tuition in all of Canada. Very well known!

All of these grant PGWP eligibility since they are all public universities

No such thing.
Don't agree. In the USA for instance, there's Berea College KY. It's 100% tuition free. However, you must be unmarried to be eligible to apply. I am married so can't. However, I believe there are a few more like that, even in Canada, worst case with low tuition.

Canada is not the US. There are no free universities or colleges, especially for international students.

Technically it is a scholarship and not tuition free. You have to be below a certain income bracket to be eligible.

Only one student per country is allowed to attend as an international student, so good luck getting a seat.

Also, you have to work on campus for the college, for which you get paid less than minimum wage. You are also not allowed to take an off campus job.

There are tradeoffs, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
