It is indeed, this is average wait trend... as you see it is climbing...All in all, it looks like the speed is decreasing. In the past, I often heard people get PPR in 3-4 months, but this is much less common now.

I have USA visitor visa since 2016. I traveled to USA in 2017. So this year I got stamped Canada visitor visa to plan another trip to north America. However with few commitments I was unable to go that trip.
Would it be an issue having unused Canada Visitor visa on the passport?
I have a very good travel history with about 16 trips. Including USA and UK.
