It is too early. Currently your application will be with CIO. You should wait until you see your medical status changed to passed which will indicate Program assistant has reviewed your application for r10 completeness check. After this, the application is either sent to some VO or remains in CIO for further evaluation.
Thank you for your quick response. Do you have any idea when they might call my former employer to confirm my job duties? I want to let HR know about approximate time that they can call the HR. I was working in the largest company of my home country. If VO call them HR will have to direct them to my immediate manager who actually knows my job duties. However my loe doesn’t contain my immediate manager signature. It contains signatures from two HR unit managers. What’s your advice?

If your employer is a well known company, and details of it can be easily found over internet, then it is unlikely that they will call. First thing they verify is that your employer in genuine or not. If yes, they may accept the statements in your experience letter as it is. Only if they have doubts like they cannot find your company details over internet, or your job role does not match the business profile of your company, or the kind of roles does not align with your education or years of experience, then they might give a call to cross check if your letter is genuine or not.

I see. Then they’re unlikely to call the HR since it’s a very well known bank and my job description is explained clearly. Thanks again
