Hey Everyone

Don't want to sound desperate but a question-

Can one move out and start working soon after submitting citizenship application. How it affects the citizenship application. Any negatives that has to be kept in mind

How about just starting a job search abroad after the citizenship application submission.

Has anyone done that. If yes, would love to know how did it work out mainly from citizenship application perspective.

Thanks

The biggest challenge will be attending test/interview and Oath ceremony if you are going to work abroad. You will need to fly in every time. Also I would postpone the moving until I got AOR for my app.
I haven't heard about any other negatives, there are plenty situations like this on the forum.

Yes, you can. No serious negative effect, assuming that you can prove your physical presence, if required.
It's possible that leaving immediately after applying might cause IRCC to be more cautious about your credibility and your declared residency but if that happens, they'll just issue you with a Residency Questionnaire.

Hmm. Thanks. Residency questionnaire wont be any issue.

Thanks Shey and Zardoz. Happy to hear experience of anyone who did it.
