Sorry, i am confused. Today is 18th August 2019. How did you get approval letter in advance? Did you get it on 17th and mistyped? Or did you get it in email and expecting physical letter on 19th.

They ask your employer to confirm your correct name , your start date , why they didn't hire a canadian. If you have a lawyer confirm their info. You salary.
