Been a silent reader for many months but now it’s time to break silence)

Got a question.

My AOR is Feb 18
Crossed 6 months period on August 18
FSW-O
VO CPC Ottawa
No ghost updates (or I missed them)

Today I got an ADR for IMM 5604 Declaration from non-accompanying parent for my children. Does it mean there is a progress in my case or is just another ADR and it means nothing in terms of how soon will I get PPR?

Two weeks ago I got a response from Mr Goodale:
Dear XX - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Feb 18, 2019. It is at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa.
Criminality is in progress.
Eligibility and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Jan 2020.

Everyday I’m praying for all of us who are waiting for the golden mail to get it very soon.

With the grace of the god, my PR journey (21st February to 21st August) has ended with COPR, today.

Emailed Ralph on 10th July and got to know that criminality has passed and rest not started.
Same has been confirmed by GCMS notes on 5th July.
PPR mail 12th Aug
Passport submitted- 14th Aug
Passport received- 21st Aug

It can take up to 10 working days for IRCC to receive the form and log it. Give it until next week, PPR might come then

What was the latest update as per GCMS or follow up from IRCC? I am not quite sure what it really means but I got asked for RPRF on Apr 5, paid it the same day and still waiting right now.
