COPR expired when received

Hi everyone, Can anyone guide me on this:
My application was recently approved and I received the Visa and the COPR form today. But it seems that there is an error on the COPR in regards to the medical expiry date. I received an already expired COPR. I did the medical assessment in 26 Sep. 2018 and hence there are about five weeks left until the one-year limit. But the expiry date on the COPR is 31 July 2019 (printed as 2019/07/31). My visa was issued on 2019/08/14. How should I resolve this problem? Can I do the landing with this COPR before the one-year limit and describe the issue to the officer at the airport or should I obtain a new COPR with a valid expiry date?

You need a new COPR. I assume you've already contacted the visa office - if not, do that asap.

I raised a webform. I read they answer after a week. can i call them from outside the canada? i found the ottawa office number on a forum but they said you have to be inside the Canada to call.

No. I received the response to my webform a few days later which told me to contact the visa office at ankara. I have sent emails to the ankara visa office twice and it is now 18 days since my first email. I have not received any response yet. I'm just waiting for their respone.

Hi, was your issue resolved finally? how long did it take them to issue you the new copr and visa? I am facing similar situation right now.

I have already landed. The best way to handle this according to the experience I had at landing time is to simply discard this issue. Your visa expiry time is probably the only thing that matters. If I had returned, I wouldn't pay attention to copr dates. It's your decision though.

Do you mean that you did your landing with the initial expired CoPR?
