Did Manila sent AOR2? MY PA never got AOR2 from Manila and it was received on August 01st, I've heard that Manila rarely sends AOR, is that true?

You must bring your PPR letter to VFS (same office where you had your BM done) and they will process your passport for your PR visa, after submitting it there you should get it back in 3-4 days.

We never received one ourselves. I just know it based on the update in ECAS.

Ok, so in Ecas you have a line that says the application was received in Manila... We don't have that yet. The only thing we got is an email from Mississauga that our file was transferred in Manila on August 01st. MVO are not very fast for updating applicants.

The update line is "We started processing your application on July 29, 2019" You should have that by now.

I've just checked my PA's Ecas and it says:

We started processing PA's application on August 5, 2019.

is this the same message you got?

Yes, so that would be your AOR2

2. We started processing PA's application on August 5, 2019.
3. We sent PA medical instructions on June 1, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. We sent PA correspondence on June 13, 2019. If PA has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have PA do so as soon as possible. Please wait until PA receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5. Medical results have been received.

My question is why it's not on line 5? Updates should be following previous updates?

You would think but it was designed by a government contract that did go to the lowest bidder lol

We plan on doing the BM and medical in Cebu when it's requested. You are sure that we will have to go back there again to submit the letter and passport? When we had the TRV issued a few years ago we only had to courier it to them. Going to Cebu for us to do that is a 3 day trip which isn't very convenient. We live in the provinces so it's planes, trains and automobiles to get there, well no trains actually.
