I applied for Canada temporal visa, did my Bio-metric, on 30/04/2019, i received a message that my passport is ready for collection on 14/05/2019. when i picked my passport, i discovered that it was not stamped, no indication whether it was approved or denied, no letter to explain the situation to me and no mail as well, a piece of paper requesting that i should send a mail was the only thing i saw, i sent the mail on Friday 17/05/2019 and have not gotten a response.
what could be the reason and what is the status of my application, was it denied or approved?
