July 16th 2019 email notification that application was transferred to london from Sydney.
August 16th 2019 AOR2 received from london by applicant.
We are planning trip to canada on October 15th (applicant from visa free country) so travelling with dual intent. Does anyone know if outland applicants must leave country and return if applicant is already in Canada upon approval?
Any help / experience is appreciated.

Yup, that’s correct. PA must leave and re-enter once final visa has been provided..

If they don’t need additional info like pcc or schedule a for the background check, next is decision made and ppr.

I have already submitted my pcc.. and generally how long it will take to get ppr after receiving pre arrival service?
The whole process is around 12 months... anything below that consider yourself lucky.
