Medical documents needs to carry while traveling??

Hi
My friend got his study visa!
He has TB which is cured before medical test.

Now he wants to knw which medical documents he has to carry along with him while traveling. Like : xryas, medicine card etc??
Is it really required to carry?? Border officers can ask for it or any issue in immigration?

Immigration has already his/her record of medical just carry with a slip of medical which he/her got from vfs centre that’s it.no need to carry X-ray etc.

Before if he already declared his TB he should carry final medical slip which shows his TB.with doctor description medicine will carry

He has only emedical tracking sheet
He doesnt got any slip frm vfs

He told the panel physician about tb and also cured
His medicine is already completed in march and got visa as well

Than no need to worry him because he already told to physician.if he want to carry medicine than he should have medical with doctor description receipt.

He no need to tell the emigration officer about TB till they never ask him.just show them e medical slip.if they ask then he tell them.there is rare chance they ask about medical
