I have studied in Canada for 4years (2015-2018) and changed program once from 3 years program (Business Administration) to 2 years (General Business). I come from commerce or business background in CBSE. I need at least a years study permit to complete my graduation and come back to UAE. Also my enrolment letter does not have start and end date.

Reason for refusal twice was -

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I am debating about getting a CAIPS. Is it useful? I am still checking for feedbacks from those who have done it if it is of any use.

Ofcourse it’s useful
You will know exactly what the VO thinks about your profile .
And when you reapply , you can counter the rejection views of the officer and hope for an approval .

Glad to hear that do you have any contact of a person you know who got CAIPS and then approved because i have been looking for one to know how it works.

I have applied for my spouse open work permit in Abudabi on 22 feb 2019, biometric passed.My wife already in Canada as a student. It’s being 6 months without any progress.
Can I change my primary office from Abudabi to India? As I am moving to India from Kuwait.(current residents is Kuwait)

Hey Harjit, I applied for student visa from UAE on 5th July and got my refusal on 6th August. My visa got refused for six reasons.. I have applied for CAIPS notes and I am expecting the notes in mid sept. Once I receive it . will work on loopholes and apply by end of sept. I m applying for Jan intake.
