The lest one had said you can contact to.... from 9 am to 5 pm for any enquries!

But in the passage the saying that just for benefit question can call at that phone number not for any enquries, so is not false?

Right! That part has not been mentioned . But I thought it’s false since the passage saying that just for benefit quesntion ... not for all enquries

there was one fill in the blanks which says because no...... is payable
i wrote income tax for this as we can use two words
