Hi guys,

I got the ITA, but I have some questions about the reference letter. I worked in a bank for six years. It was my first job and I was promoted from a junior client manager to a senior client manager during this job. The duties are quite the same but the salary increased. I only claim the title of the client manager in this bank when I applied. So here are the questions:
1. Do I need to separate the junior and senior manager experience in my first job?
2. If yes, is it still possible to change the application about my work experience? Do I need to explain that?
3. If my reference letter and my supervisor only show my senior manager experience for this six years, do I still need to separate the experience? And do I need to explain salary increase in the letter?

Thanks!!

NO to 1, 2, 3.

CIC cares about what you are doing currently and that you are gainfully employed. Just describe your current duties and get the same from any reference letter.
