Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Hi everyone,
So I am doing a two years diploma course in a college. Unfortunately I couldn't not clear a course on second semester and the system here is I can take the extension of this course in next upcoming semesters. I will have to finish this course and then do the rest. Which will make me study two semesters as part time. One of the semester will be in summer. How much of a problem will this be for my post graduate work permit and can I make it full time by adding some other courses during those semesters?
Please help. I am really tensed

My experience with the PGWP and flagpoling in Vancouver.

UBC Arts graduate, applied 22 May. Online took way too long, so I flagpoled early this month.

I had an American friend in the same predicament, so we went in her car to the US border. I had an existing I94, so the US officer let me in quite easily (no "administrative refusal"). We spent two mins on US soil before turning back to Peace Arch.

At the booth the officer wrote us a yellow "referal" form for secondary. We went inside, took a number each, then paid the fee. The officer gave me a mini heart attack when she asked why my transcript was unsealed (i.e. taken out from the original envelope, but I used it for the online application). She said the fee is only to process the application, and didn't guarantee anything. I then had my biometrics taken in a room, then waited another 15 mins. Got my 3 year PGWP after 45 mins of waiting in total! Fun fact: my American friend got one extra day on her PGWP (expires 05 Aug 2022 vs my 04 Aug). Didn't wanna argue as I was overjoyed.

Flagpoling was the best decision I made, and I regret not doing it sooner. The only advantage of waiting for your online application is you essentially get a few months extra of "free" working time as your implied status in effect prolongs your time as a worker.

I mean, like I drop one term and switch to another program(some courses are same so I continue to study). but the program was full (fall term)so I moved to (winter term), all term that I studied are 5 courses which is a full-time student.

Hi Guys,

Is there anyone applied on May 11th? I applied on May 11th and still waiting and my study permit already expired. I talked to IRCC last week, they told me everything is normal but they did not start my eligibility yet. If it is normal why they are taking long time!!! Could you please guys give me an idea should I call them again?

I also applied May 11th and not received any updates yet. But there is nothing we can do except waiting!
