Where to attach upfront medical report to EE profile

I have completed upfront medical reports with valid practitioner and I have received e-medical information sheet. Now i am in a process of submitting EE profile and i am not seeing any option saying attach upfront medical reports. How can i include e-medical sheet in my profile ? Please let me know

You have to upload the upfront medical examination once you get an ITA, not when you are submitting an EE profile.

Upfront medical is needed for submitting your eAPR. It doesn't expedite anything.

No. Upfront medical exam is part of the application and is a compulsory document for most of the applicants. It doesn't speed or delay your application process in any way.
