How do people immigrate through this program ?

I found myself asking this question ...

How can I apply through the express entry while they are making it impossible , I mean to get eligible at their program.
Two main issues for me ,
1- They request a job offer which no Canadian employer will give that to you for so many reasons .
2- A professional nomination certificate delivered from that province you want go to and which I describe it as impossible to get.

Your feeds are more than welcome for me to get an answer .

Express entry .
I am an architect designer with 12 years of experience.
I have my ILTES certificate , I made my ECA from the WES recently , but with two conditions mentioned in my thread I got no solution to do anything.

You don't need a job offer or a nomination certificate to qualify and be selected. Many people here have obtained PR without having either of these. You do however need to have 460+ points at this time to be selected out of the pool.

Thanks for your feedback. Basing on the express entry online eligibility checking tool I must have at least a job offer to be eligible no matter what.

Then you're doing something wrong. A job offer isn't required.

Yes, read the instructions again. You don't need a job offer. I have personal experience with this - I got my PR through Express Entry without a job offer.

A valid job offer gives you more points, but it's not mandatory.
