Hello, Please help me with the below question.

Little background:
I live in USA and initially i went with one consultancy in India and they submitted my express entry profile (CRS score 417) in march 2019. I never received ITA as my score is less. I didn't checked all details in detail earlier and recently noticed there are few corrections that needs to be done. Also they are not that responsive in taking my calls or updating any information.

I recently got new IELTS scores and when checked in CRS tool i am seeing CRS score as 475, and now I do not wanted to go with them, instead i wanted to apply myself (thanks to this extremely helpful forum)

Changes I need to make
  • old IELTS score to new IELTS score
  • couple of changes in choosing right NOC code (they randomly placed me in different noc code for two jobs earlier)
  • default email address is consultancy email and i need to change it to mine and
  • representative is immigration lawyer and now i changed to self.
Instead of doing all changes in same profile, I went ahead and voluntarily withdraw my profile in my old account on Aug 12th 2019. I wanted to start fresh and do not want to go with old account as they have all the details and passwords.

My question is:
Since i am no longer in express entry pool now, Can i create new account with my personal gmail account and create a new profile with above changes and enter express entry pool again ?

you have to open a GCKey login and then bring in the existing application (if active and not expired) and link it to your new profile (UCI number would be handy, search for this here), also release of consultant form is required as well.
