Can anyone tell me what's next ... we already passed the 19 months two days ago
Schools about to start and I need to decide where to enroll my children here or in Canada

I checked my CIC account there was no info about them requesting any documents.
But I kept in getting the message that your action is required. Not sure what’s going on

Same situation with me. I called agent and they said ADR has been asked since July 24 but till today I haven’t received yet. And they say it’s a technical difficulty so you have to contact technical team and they will help you further m. Does anyone has the same problem ????

Who are the technical team?
The agents should know that they are the only one we can get to in any case

I think they have technical problem as suggested.

I kept on logging in and logging out of my CIC account. So fortunately I finally got the additional document they are requesting for.
