just check with an officer in CIO sydney they mention my application was already transferred to designated visa office which is located at London U.K
but I ask them in my online Account it was not posted. just quick inquirer since it was transferred already to a visa office from CIO sydney to London Visa office how long it will be to get next update

Though I already did my medicals and it was passed last week and I have also received pre arrival as well

no, I think, that they check additional documents within 1-3 weeks after the medical exam. Pre arrival letter people receive at the end of background check, this is the longest procedure it can be take 6-10 months after AOR.

I already received pre arrival since June 15, still yet my account status says we are processing your background
