I live close to consulate. So I can go BLS office in Brampton and get the PCC done ,right?.

Yes you need on go on the website first, fill the online form at CGI page, print it, from checklist take original and photocopies of document as requested, 1 photo etc. And after submission, then you can track it when the PCC is ready for pick up.

How do I tag my paper application to an online account? Do I need a UCI for that or is there an other way?

Provide your file number , passport info, number of applicants,sponsor, co-signer if any (no need to add sponsors dependants

My question is, as per above status in my account regarding medical / biometric, ARE THESE EXEMPTED in my case or this is how everyone see in their accounts and later CIC ask for it.

FINALLY linked my app. had to call cic as their system had my mom listed as born in "rio de janeio" instead of "rio de janeiro"

Hi when I called to book an appointment for medical for my parents ,they said I need a form and a number, which should have been sent it to me. But I did not get anything with the request. It said
Medicals for you and your spouse have been sent separately
This must be received at this office by 2019/09/30.

Should I get another email with this forms or should I get it from somewhere. VO NewDelhi,
People got medical, how was yours? did it come with a form?
