When did u make your original profile? And why because you couldve updated previous one

Last year. I had CLB 8. I deleted it. This year with CLB9 remade it.

My spouse also has a profile with 6 years 6235 exp and 371 CRS score.

Try to increase CRS and go through fsw itself.
Alberta NOI is possible, but it's a passive method.
If you have a relative in Manitoba you can try mpnp.

466 today on Aug 12th. In 2019 it's unlikely that the score will dip down to 450.

Rahul, I chose 6235. Financial sales representative. Same was the case with me since HR Department wont provide letter for the cross-selling and deposit mobilisatiom duties since these were not primarily part of our job. Therefote, I asled my colleage to write a reference letter in addition to simple HR letter to complement my JD. Hope this works for you as well since I got my PNP on reference letter.

Please note that I got a call from Alberta's office. A lady talked for almost 10 minutes and asker me various questions for instance, why did you switch jobs from engineering to banking, explicitly asked what do I do, asked almost 3-4 duties. Upon getting satisfacoty answers, I got PNP mail within seconds.

Dear I got it drafted myself from the job description I perform on daily basis. I wasn't able to get reference letter as per IRCC format. Therefore, I have provided standard rference letter alongwith a letter from colleague endorsing my duties. Received ITA but yet to get processed my final case.

Retail sales is related to retail products not financial products, pls read job duties first

I made my EE profile in February. In on April 6th, 2019 I got NOI from Alberta province. Sent documents which were received on 5th May, 2019. And after almost 2 months wait, on 17th July, 2019, I got a call from AINP's representative asking me about my job and my duties. Within 15 mintues., I got provincial nomination letter from Alberta through email. Hope this helps

Have you researched about what's your NOC?

First priority is to get the reference letter from your employer.
Can I suggest you to look up on YouTube, a channel called dream abroad and look up for reference letter video. Watch it and you'll get a fair idea.
