Does company size matter to claim experience?

Hi,

I am working in a small, registered company in India - with its main focus area as Civil engineering audits, noise modeling, and Computational Fluid Dynamics. The civil engineers often need various custom tools, programs to be used in these projects. This small company has 15-20 fulltime employees where I am a full-time regular employee and the only software developer in this company- designing and coding various tools.

My question is can I claim experience in such a small company in my Canadian PR application?

I have a proper offer letter, salary slips, monthly salary deposits in a bank and will get experience letter as well when I decide to leave. When I finish 1 year in this company, my CRS score will be 460.

It doesn't matter. You can be a freelancer and still get points for work experience.
