Everything about this email is very obviously fake. Don't give them any money and don't share any personal information with them.

Look for the keyword "feeding", or "free food". If you see those at all, walk away. It's a scam..

Ask yourself? Why would they need to import anybody if they have plenty of workers in Canada? It makes no sense (at least not unless you will be a top manager there, and then the approach will be completely different).

Really you need to ask whether the Marriott corporation uses an outlook.com email address. Of course it is fake only emails from Marriott.com would be genuine and they have a specific recruitment process

Throw it away. It is as fake as a wooden nickel (a nonexistant fake 5 cent pc.) I've walked along Dixon Road but I missed the impressive waterfront. Must of been winter and it was frozen and covered with snow.
