Extension PGWP by Common law

Good Evening,

I would be very appreciate for any help. My PGWP will expired on Feb 2020 and my common law's PGWP will expired on Oct 2020. I had a 2.5 years work visa (my passport expired before 3 years)
I am in the middle to achieve my points to BCPNP, but unfortunately my company will not be able to help us right now and I need more time for work permit.
Is there any change can I extend my work visa by him? Can not find any answer. I know is by CIC, but that website is quite confusing to me.

You can apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) provided your common law partner has a NOC A, B or 0 job.
