Yes I know that. I am only here to find out if anybody's background check was in process before their application got refused before they filed for appeal (actual case).

Itz better u create a new thread which is realated to ur query.may be u ll get ur answers there as people forget everything when they got the refusal email so i dnt think so people will bother to check their gc key or ecas after that.at that time people only think to file the appeal within the deadline of 30 days.

I remember mine after interview(approx 7 day) itz says we are processing your bg ,after couple of hours on a same day itz sayd bg not applicable.within a hour we got refusal email on our email id given . We never check gc key or ecas after that.

One more thing on ecas it was shown decision made but no ppr mail .thatz negative as we searched on many forms related to this topic.itz came out true for us as a nightmare.

So sorry to hear that your application got refused. I remember you and I got interviewed around the same time. What was the reason for refusal? How long after the interview did you get your refusal letter? Did your background check status change to in process between the period after interview and before refusal letter?

after one i got refusal reason was non genuine marriage

but still my gc key and ecas not updated .
how long to take to update medical result on gc key ?
