Does anyone know whether spousal ECA can be added after submitting EE profile. It takes 35 days for EE profile to be created and I don't want to wait any longer for her ECA to finished and then start with the application. I have her IELTS score though

Yes it can. I'm waiting for hubby's ECA too, but already created an EE profile
