How many ITA have been already issued?... If without increasing the no. of ITAs and with this the bi-monthly thing from Aug-Dec, the total number of new ITAs will be 36000.

CIC have issued 49,000 ITAs in total to date.

True. Looks like in canada this time Conservatives will win the elections. Elections are in October so after results you can expect changes in rules. According to conservatives they are not against Immigration but they have issue with numbers of people are migrated to canada. They will reduce numbers of ITAs. They might go back to 600 points LMIA rule and they might take away sibling points.

Conservatives brought Express entry program in 2014 and CRS at that time (till October 2015) was always above 495 .

I think it should be from your test date not from the report issued date (next to TRF)

IELTS expire 2 years from exam date.if you gave the exam on Aug 30, 2017,the IELTS will expire on. Aug 29, 2019.

If pr card obtained then yes, otherwise CoPR would be enough along a poof of address of your sibling.

October 15th draw is when I got in. Damn that seems long time ago!! Sadly my journey still hasn't ended maybe on October 15th is when it will finish again

You've got so many ADR my friend . Potential reason of delay I guess
